Terms and Conditions: The size of each sign (front and back) is 14" wide by 20" tall. You are to provide your own ad (poster, printed sign, hand written sign, etc.) no larger than 12" wide x 18" tall. Two signs are required if you want full exposure. These must be no more than paper or poster board thickness. Share with another advertiser with a different ad on the front and back. These will be sealed in the sandwich board to prevent damage to them due to inclement weather conditions. The signs and payment must be received a minimum of two weeks prior to the event or advertising date. Payment can be made by using the "Donate" button on this page after we give you the total for our services. We will also accept checks or cash in some cases. Our rates are as follows: Normal business advertising such as walking up and down a street, standing at a specified corner, etc. will be at the rate of $180.00 per day with a maximum of 6 hours. Special/Major events rates will apply to advertising that takes place at events that draw 1000's of people. Examples of this would be The Taste of Chicago, before of after a major sports event, Ravinia, The Blues Festival, etc. You get the idea. (We can discuss what is classified as a major event when you contact us.) Special/Major event rates are $360.00 per day with a maximum of 6 hours. We will also hand out your flyers or business cards for an additional $100.00 per day during the hours that we carry your sign. We are available on week days, weekends, and holidays. We utilize additional help from time to time so inform us if you would be interested in helping. The holiday rate is the same as the special/major events rate of $360.00 per day with a maximum of 6 hours. To assure you that we have completed the assignment we will provide you with at least two photos of us at the event or location. These will be sent to you in an email or you will be given a link for a location online where you can see them. You are also welcome to personally visit the location to check for yourself. We will utilize Facebook to promote the times and places that we will be and who we are advertising for. Photos will also be uploaded where and when possible. Special admission/entry fees to events are an extra charge as well as any parking fees. This will be discussed when you contact us with the location and event. It is your responsibility to know if we will be allowed at any event or location. If we are asked to vacate the location, or forced to leave, our day will have ended and we will have fulfilled our obligation. No refund will be given for this purpose. We reserve the right to refuse advertising content that we decide is not appropriate. The terms and conditions are subject to change if and when needed.
